A growing business with no single place to sell, quote, or keep track.
Customers had to call or message to ask about materials and prices.
Quotes and orders lived in chats, notebooks and spreadsheets.
Once someone paid, no one had an easy way to see the order or its status.
The team was busy, but nothing was in one tidy place.
What I Built
A shop customers can browse and buy from — and a back office that keeps every order in order.
- A clean online store where people filter by roofing, plumbing, flooring or wood, and add to cart in one tap.
- Simple checkout — buyers can order as a guest and turn it into an account later, no forced sign-up.
- Customers pay by bank transfer, card, USSD and many more via Paystack
- Anyone can track their order online with an order number — fewer "where is my order?" calls.
- Request a quote from the site; the system turns it into a proper invoice in a couple of clicks.
- A private admin area to manage products, prices, customers, orders and support messages, all in one place.
- Staff logins are protected with a second security step, so the back office stays safe.
